Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


⏱️ Processing & Delivery Timeline

All our products are made-to-order. Please allow time for us to create your custom gear.

  • Order Processing: 1-3 business days

    • This includes design verification, manufacturing, and quality checks.

  • Shipping Time: Depends on the method selected at checkout (see below).


🚀 Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer flexible shipping options to all the destinations listed above:

1. Standard Shipping (Ocean/Economy)

  • Cost: FREE

  • Estimated Time: 14-20 Business Days.

  • Best for: Early planners who want free delivery.

2. Express Air Upgrade (Priority)

  • Cost: $2.00 USD

  • Eligibility: Optional upgrade at checkout.

  • Estimated Time: 2-7 Business Days.

  • Best for: Gifts with a deadline or urgent needs.

The final shipping cost and estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout.


📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number within 24 hours.

  • You can track your package status in real-time via our tracking link or using third-party tools like 17Track or AfterShip.


❗ Important Information

1. Customs & Import Duties:

  • International shipments (shipping outside of the manufacturing hub) may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees.

  • Responsibility: These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

    • USA: Orders under $800 usually do not incur import duties.

    • UK/Canada/Australia: VAT/GST may be collected upon delivery depending on your local customs regulations.

2. Address Accuracy:

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the reshipment fee.

3. Potential Delays:

  • While we strive for speed, external factors like customs inspections, extreme weather, or holiday volume may occasionally cause delays of 1-2 weeks.
