We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Custom vs. Non-Custom Items
Please note that our return policy differs depending on the type of product you purchased:

Customized/Personalized Items: Due to the unique nature of our products (e.g., stamps with your logo, headcovers with your name), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your custom item arrives defective, damaged, or with an error made by us, we will send a free replacement immediately.

Non-Custom Items: For standard, non-personalized items, returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To start a return or report a defective item, please contact us at support@customgolfballstamp.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Do not send items back without first contacting us.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: For stamp quality issues, please attach a photo of the stamp imprint in your email.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Gift cards.

Items on Final Sale.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For defective custom items, we will simply send a replacement free of charge.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
